As AI models improve their coherence and observance of System prompts (which we assume will continue to be a large part of model training and RFL) we believe the System prompt can be the concrete instantiation of an agent modulo slight behaviour changes over models.

Small changes may result in very divergent behaviour in the long term but it should establish short term consistency in behaviour and intention.
